Col. Bindra is a training consultant with expertise in the areas of, behavioral as well as functional skills training. Col Bindra has a total of 45 years of accomplished professional experience. He is an International Motivational Speaker, Facilitator and Coach. He has been a Guest Faculty and Certified Trainer since 2006 with Organizations like ICICI, CII, & Maruti.

He has acquired his Masters in Automobile Industry from Pune University after Bachelor in Technology from Osmania University. He also holds an Advance Diploma in Management in Human Resources.

At the age of 20 years he was commissioned in the Corps of Electronics & Mechanical Engineers of the Indian Army. He was an Instructor at EME School Vadodra as his first Teaching assignment. He took premature retirement from the Army as a Colonel and started his second innings in 1997.

His areas of expertise range from the unravelling aspects of human nature to conceptualizing designing and executing excellent workshops on Motivation, Customer Relationship Building, Key Account Management, Team Building, Negotiation skills and Leadership skills.
